1)I highly doubt this is Steve Rogers.Rogers wouldn't carry a gun.
2)The star on the shoulder says Winter Soldier to me.WS isn't above using guns either.I think if ANYBODY in the MU can get away with being the new Captain America and not cause a fan revolt,it's Bucky.
3)That costume is really shiny.Other than that(and even that doesn't bother me)I like it.Redesigned costumes don't bother me.Fuck the status quo.It's in the spirit of the original and if it's going to be a different guy it should be a different costume.
